Here you will find all the basic info about our business, how we started and how to get in contact with us if you would like to order a trailer.

 

How it all got started

We have always liked to throw parties and get together at our home with friends and family and of course, we would make food.  They would go on and on about how good the food was and that we should sell it.  Well, at the beginning of 2020 we decided to take a leap of faith and begin selling BBQ.  We set out to find a perfect starter trailer and we found one.  Frank, the Pitmaster, is also an excellent builder so he was able to make modifications to the first trailer so that it served all of our neo-cooking needs.  Once the trailer was modified to our liking we set up shop at a local car wash near our home.  It was on a busy street with lots of car and foot traffic so it seemed to be the perfect setup.  We started out with BBQ ribs and sides such as cornbread dressing, mac and cheese, greens, yams, and hotlinks.  Things went pretty good but we decided that selling food during the day did not work for us and we decided to become a late-night food truck operating from Friday to Sunday during the hours of 10pm until.

This is our first trailer.  We added a new metal roof, hanging outdoor lights, drink cooler, commercial food warmer, Plastic sneeze guard, new counter covers, and fire extinguisher. 

 

While out working customers would ask questions about our food trailer, where we go it from, and whether or not it had come with all the modifications we had added.  Eventually, a food customer inquired about buying our trailer and after only having it for about 2 months we sold our first trailer, for a profit might I add.  Now we were without a food truck but we wanted to continue selling food so Frank, being the visionary that he is, decided that he was going to build us a bigger better trailer with all the bells and whistles.  We built our own 16ft food trailer equipped with a large custom-made smoker, commercial food warmer, refrigerator, ice chest, storage box, and prep table.  Once again we went back out to our same nighttime spot and another customer who came to buy food made us an offer on our new trailer…….and yes……..we sold it. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is our 2nd trailer.  We added a custom smoker, commercial food warmer, ice chest, custom counter, charcoal grill, wood holder, and storage box

 

The rest is history we kept building trailers and people kept buying them right from under us.  Fast forward a year later and we have now become a full-fledged custom trailer builder.  We build each trailer to order and to the exact desire of our customers.  We are so happy that we have found a business that allows us to help other people reach their dreams.
